Customer Agreement
By submitting your order through MyBookOrders.com, you agree to the following:
Return Policy:
MyBookOrders.com accepts returns in the following cases only:
1. You receive an incorrect product
2. You receive a product that is damaged (physically unreadable)
MyBookOrders.com is not liable for damage incurred while in transit, or due to the weather, or other conditions beyond our control. If you receive a product that is incorrect or damaged, please contact MyBookOrders.com at 1-866-797-4314 or email info@mybookorders.com.
MyBookOrders.com must be contacted and incorrect or damaged books must be returned within 10 business days of delivery. Products must be returned to MyBookOrders.com (address below), and a new product will be shipped to the address originally provided. Alternate addresses cannot be accommodated. You are responsible for any shipping costs incurred in sending the product back to MyBookOrders.com. Mail damaged or incorrect products to:

Refunds:
MyBookOrders.com does not offer refunds.
Payment:
MyBookOrders.com is an online service and does not accept payment made by check. If your credit card is declined or if the charge transaction is unsuccessful, your order is incomplete and you will not receive the order confirmation page or email. Incomplete orders are not fulfilled because payment was not made.
Shipping Address:
By using this service, you are authenticating that you have provided a verifiable shipping address to which the US Postal Service or a commercial carrier can deliver a package. Note that commercial carriers (such as UPS) do not deliver to PO boxes. Items that are returned to the fulfillment center due to an undeliverable address may be shipped to an alternate address if the customer contacts MyBookOrders.com. You will be charged the shipping cost and any additional fees associated with re-shipping the book, and you must provide credit card information to MyBookOrders.com and authorize the charge in writing (via email).
Shipping Methods:
MyBookOrders.com, at our discretion, can ship your package using any of the following carriers:
Ground – UPS, Mail Express, USPS (the US Postal Service)
2nd Day – UPS
Next Day – UPS
International – UPS
It is your responsibility to track your package and contact the specific carrier if you need to make special arrangements for delivery. You will be notified of the specific carrier and tracking number in the shipping confirmation email and/or by logging into MyBookOrders.com.
